PRICING POLICY
Our website prices include taxes (GST) and packaging for deliveries within India. For international deliveries, prices do not include delivery charges, bank and payment gateway transaction fees, or customs and import charges that may apply. PRIVACY POLICY
At love, Kiki we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers. Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use information you provide when you use our website. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and security online. We will not disclose, sell, distribute, or lease any personal information you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We do not receive any banking details, credit/debit card numbers, expiry dates, cardholder names, or other payment information through our payment gateway.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Love, Kiki takes every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, since our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, variations in colour, size, shape, and thickness may occur. Additionally, colours may appear differently on different devices due to display settings. Measurements may vary up to one inch as clothes are cut and stitched by hand. A 10% thickness and colour variation can occur as a lot of our textiles are handmade and are hand dyed using natural colours. This shall not qualify as a faulty item.
A customer declaring a product faulty due to any such reason will not be accepted as faulty until we have received the garment back in our studio and we have checked it. Faulty items are only declared if the textile is torn or the stitches are broken.If you believe a product is faulty, it will only be accepted as such after we have received the garment back in our studio and verified the issue. To exercise your legal rights, you must return faulty products to us, and our team will assess the issue. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section or contact us at info@lovekiki.in if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY love, Kiki
ove, Kiki may, under certain circumstances, be unable to process or dispatch certain orders that have been validly placed. We reserve the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including delivery suspensions to a specific location by our delivery companies, limitations on purchase quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or product or textile quality defects. We will promptly inform you if we cancel all or part of your order or if additional information is required to accept it. In the event that your order is cancelled after payment has been charged, we will refund the amount within 15 working days.
