However, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, and if you receive a defective item, please reach out to us at info@lovekiki.in or at +91 7042566778 on whatsapp within 24 hours of receipt. love, Kiki reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our standards. In the case of a valid return, we ask that the item be returned to us in its original packaging, with all tags intact, so we can promptly send you a replacement.
