Refunds
At love, Kiki, we craft every item with love and dedication, imbuing each piece with the unique touch of human hands. The textured quality of the fabric is a testament to the handmade processes we employ. While we do not offer refunds for any purchases, we perform strict quality control at our studio to ensure that you receive only the best. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package at info@lovekiki.in or let us know on WhatsApp on the number - +91 7042566778.
Returns will only be accepted for items that meet our requirements and are in their original packaging with tags intact. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly ship a replacement to you.
Exchange
As per company policy, we offer exchange in size or any other product of same or higher value. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange / return will not be accepted. Please write to us via email or WhatsApp for the same within 48 hours of receiving the package. Also, in case of exchange, the customer will bear the costs of shipping the items back to our studio.
Bespoke Items
Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Customisation refers to any change made in length, size that does not fall in the scope of XS-XL or any minor/major change made to the actual design.
Sale Items
Please note that anything purchased under an offer or sale is considered a final sale. Therefore, it cannot be exchanged or returned for an alternate size. You can request the team for alteration for an additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns / Exchange
Currently, we are not able to offer returns/ exchanges to our international customers due to logistics/custom issues. However, if you receive any faulty item – please reach out to us at info@lovekiki.in within 24 hours of receiving the package.
